All Yesterday's Parties

This is a part talk show and part music show: as a music and journalism student here, I've been inspired by filing through ads and fliers for shows that happened on specific days in specific places and filing through the options as if I were a concertgoer during that time. I would use real sources from library archives, on the Internet, and in books to create a show that simulates different nights in musical history in cities and towns all over the world, and want to discuss the social and artistic implications of music scenes. The listener would enjoy music of all different genres (namely from underground scenes in dance, jazz, punk, and experimental music) from different countries.
