Golden Hour

In this show, I would play one hour from the Golden Age of Radio. Many radio plays, for instance from the shows Suspense and Escape, are in the public domain and free on Spotify! I would focus on stories that were originally aired between 1930-1955 that are about 45 minutes-1 hour long. (War of the Worlds, Three Skeleton Key, etc.) If there's extra time, I could give some context about when the plays were aired, or play music and other radio from the time of the broadcasts. I could also talk about the audience reception at the time and how we may react differently to it in a modern context. The radio plays, though, would fill most of the time and be the main event.
