The show is all about having a slow and quiet morning. Put this on while you make your coffee or finally fall asleep after pulling an all-nighter. It will be a reflective space for people filled with folk, psychedelic-ish ambience, and experimental acoustic baddies from mostly the 90s/2000s. Think Stina Nordenstam, Patty Whipp, Crescent, Stereolab, etc... I will also be selecting a poem or excerpt every week to read as a prayer of sorts. Promoting stillness and attention !! ! ! ! !
