Drone Show

From Indian ragas to the American avant-garde of the early 60s, from the Velvet Underground, to Primitive guitar and banjo music, from space rock, to shoegaze, from "ambient" to doom metal, DRONE shows up everywhere throughout the history of music. Perhaps the drone-one sustained, continous sound or note, unchanging, is THE sound of existence.
